Yuka Yu

Yuka Yu serves as the Vice President of Global Business Operations for Devices & Services at Google, where she oversees the P&L results and commercial strategies for Google’s hardware devices such as Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit.

Yuka is a seasoned global executive leader with a proven track record in driving profitable revenue growth across diverse functional areas including sales, general management, P&L responsibility, marketing, operations, planning, supply chain, and product development. Before joining Google, Yuka served as the Global Chief Sales Officer at Bose Corporation, where she led the commercial strategy and executions with global partners, delivering significant revenue and profit targets while enhancing customer satisfaction. At Dyson, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales for the US, where she doubled annual revenue and improved the profit rate.

Yuka has also held senior executive positions at Turtle Beach Corporation (NASDAQ: HEAR) and Sony Electronics (NYSE: SONY), where she oversaw sales planning, forecasting, operational excellence, and supply chain management. Notably, she played a critical role in Sony's Home Video category and mass channel distributions, achieving a near 50% market share for Sony Blu-Ray Streaming Players in the US in 2014. She was credited with transforming Sony’s selling culture by focusing on sell-through, and implementing the company's Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment program.

Prior to Sony, Yuka held sales positions at Tech Data Canada and Merisel Canada, and a product planning position at Toshiba Corporation (TSE: 6502) in Japan.

Yuka holds an Executive MBA degree from UCLA and Bachelor of Arts degree from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
