
Matt Collier
Matt Collier is the Founder and CEO of Recurring Revenue Consulting, where he advises and invests in early-stage startups, specializing in go-to-market strategy with a focus on post-sales operations, helping companies scale efficiently, drive adoption, and optimize commercial performance.
Previously, Matt served as Chief Customer Officer at Pluralsight, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, where he led a comprehensive customer organization transformation that improved retention, operational efficiency, and EBITDA margins throughout the firm’s ownership. Before that, he held leadership roles at VC- and PE-backed companies, as well as at Adobe, where he led Customer Success and integrated three acquisitions.
Matt has played a key role in multiple successful exits, including the $1.79 billion take-private of Marketo byVista Equity in 2016 and its subsequent $4.75 billion acquisition by Adobe in 2018.
He is a Founding Member of CS Angel, a former board member of the national nonprofit Triage Cancer, and a contributing author.
Matt holds a B.A. from the University of Miami and a Certificate in Financial Data Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley.
