Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative & Transformation Officer of Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX)
Louie Pastor serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Transformation & Administrative officer for Xerox Corporation where he leads the Xerox Reinvention Office, which is structurally redesigning and reengineering the company for sustainable, profitable longterm growth.

In addition, Louie is responsible for human resources, information technology, information security, enterprise innovation, real estate and Xerox’s Global Business Services organization, which together work across the company to drive productivity and enterprisewide enhancements in processes and systems to deliver the greatest efficiency and results for colleagues and clients. Louie previously served as Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Legal Officer for Xerox, after first joining the company in October 2018 as General Counsel.

Louie initially joined Xerox from Icahn Enterprises, where he was Deputy General Counsel, responsible for, among other things, numerous long-term strategic initiatives, including the acquisitions and dispositions of various operating companies, and investments in and engagements with various public and private companies. Louie began his career at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, where he advised public companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Louie serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business-oriented lobbying group, and is a member of The Economic Club of New York. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Herc Holdings Inc., one of the leading equipment rental suppliers in North America, from 2016 to 2020.

Louie holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
