David Altman

David Altman is an Investor at Myriad Venture Partners where he covers business-enabled service verticals for the platform’s investment strategy. Previously, Dave was an investor at SVB Capital, the outside investment arm of Silicon Valley Bank, where he focused on early stage and venture growth investments in the technology sector.

Dave also previously worked at the fintech focused investment bank Financial Technology Partners where he covered payments and embedded finance, and at Mastercard where he worked on the innovation team bringing new products to market. Prior to those roles, he began his career in investment banking with Barclays.

Outside of work, Dave is a member of the GWU Economics Mentorship Program and is active within the New York Startup community.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science from The George Washington University with concentrations in Economics and English.
