Brandon Batt is Chief People and Transformation Officer at Quadient (EURONEXT: QDT), overseeing multiple teams all focusing on Quadient’s people, culture and the execution of its business strategy. A two-time CHRO with a focus on business transformation, his mission today is to drive the long-term sustainable growth for the company.

Brandon joined Quadient in 2018 to support the definition of the company’s new strategy, following which he formed the Transformation organization to drive the Company’s organic and inorganic programs, projects and initiatives. During his six-year tenure, Brandon has successfully and significantly contributed to the company's growth strategy, streamlining the company’s portfolio while aligning its organization to be a positive force in society and on the planet. Now with a presence in nearly 30 countries, today Quadient is a B2B hardware and software solutions provider supporting hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide in their digital transformation.

Prior to joining Quadient, Brandon was the Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer, VP of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary at Flatirons Jouve, an international B2B software company focusing on content management, after first joining the company in 2014 as its General Counsel. He began his career as an M&A and Securities attorney at Cooley, where he worked with public and private companies on a variety of matters, counseling from start-up to IPO and beyond.

Brandon received his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University.
